Mocha Mint

Drink Mix Ingredients:

   3/4 oz.  White Creme de Menthe
   3/4 oz.  Coffee brandy
   3/4 oz white.  Creme de Cacao

Procedure/Directions:

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Mocha Mint Irish Cream Cappuccino

Drink Mix Ingredients:

   1 Garnish with.  Whipped cream
   1   Espresso
   1 shot.  Irish cream
   1 tbsp.  Chocolate syrup
   1 Top with steamed.  Milk
   1 tsp.  Creme de Cacao
   1 tsp.  White Creme de Menthe

Procedure/Directions:

By adding the steamed milk last, the ingredients mix well. Make sure to stir all of the chocolate from the bottom of glass.
