Drink Mix Ingredients:

   1 - 1 1/2 oz.  Cream
   1 Ground.  Chocolate
   1 oz.  Irish cream
   1/2 oz.  Cointreau
   1 oz.  Kahlua

Procedure/Directions:

This a kind of a Pousse Cafe. Float Irish cream over the Kahlua. Shake Cream with Cointreau. Float on the Irish cream. Garnish with choclate.
