Beachcomber's Gold 1/2 oz. dry vermouth 2 oz. light rum 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass over crushed ice, and serve.
Bermuda Highballcarbonated water 3/4 oz. brandy 3/4 oz. dry vermouth 3/4 oz. gin 1 twist. lemon peel Pour brandy, gin, and dry vermouth into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the twist of lemon and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)
