Almond Cocktail 1 oz. dry vermouth 2 oz. gin 1/2 oz. peach brandy 1/2 oz. sugar syrup 1 tsp. Kirschwasser cherry brandy Warm the gin up in a mixing glass and add the brandy, the sugar syrup and 6 almond slivers. Chill. When needed, pour the chilled mixture over ice into an old-fashioned glass. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Apple Pie Martini 1/2 oz. Calvados brandy 3 oz. Stoli Vanil vodka 1/2 oz. dry vermouth Pour the vanilla vodka, Calvados brandy and dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a thin slice of apple, and serve.
