This drink is served on the rocks. Add vodka, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lime and lemon juice to the glass. Give it a good stir to make sure flavors mix. Top off the drink with champagne and serve. I recommend using Tropicana OJ with Calcium added. It's the best I've tried.
