In blender place about 8 ice cubes, 2 oz. Grand Marnier,and about 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth. Add a drop or two of orange food coloring for stronger color. Pour into a Hurricane glass and garnish with an orange slice.Drink Mix Ingredients:

Mix over ice in a highball glass and fill the rest of the glass with equal parts pineapple juice and ginger ale.Drink Mix Ingredients:
3 mint sprigsProcedure/Directions:
Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges with cane sugar and Grand Marnier orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Add crushed ice and pour in the Mount Gay Barbados rum. Using a swizzle stick, stir the ingredients together so that the rum, lime and mint layers through the drink. Top up with apple juice. Serve with a mint garnish.Drink Mix Ingredients:
