1. Bring water to a boil, then add the sugar and instant coffee. 2. Reduce heat and allow to simmer 2hr. Stirring occasionally. 3. Allow to cool. Pour mixture into a gallon jug. Add the vanilla extract and the Everclear. 4. Add more water to complete the gallon. The longer it sits the better it gets. 2 weeks-1 month.
