Iron Hindu

Drink Mix Ingredients:

   1 Ground green.  Cardamom
   1 1/2 oz.  Vanilla schnapps
   5 1/2 oz.  Apricot nectar
   3 oz.  Cognac
   1 1/2 oz.  Apricot brandy
   2 oz.  Heavy cream

Procedure/Directions:

Shake with plenty of ice, pour into Hurricaine glasses. Grind a moderate amount of green cardomom on top. (This is extremely important, and gives the drink it's characteristic purfume.) Garnish with fruit, a frilly umbrella, etc.

Drink Mix Ingredients:

1 Apricot nectar
1 1/2 oz. Vodka

Procedure/Directions:

Pour vodka in rocks glass. Half fill with apricot nectar.

Drink Mix Ingredients:

   Fill with.  Tonic water
   1   Ice
   3 oz.  Apricot nectar
   1 oz.  Vodka

Procedure/Directions:

Fill hurricane glass with ice. Add Vodka and apricot nectar to glass then fill with tonic. Stir.

Drink Mix Ingredients:

   1 dash.  Strawberry syrup
   2 dashes.  Lemon juice
   1/2 oz.  Mandarine Napoleon
   1 oz.  Bourbon
   1 oz.  Apricot nectar

Procedure/Directions:

Pour in a shaker and shake well, then serve in a cocktail glass frosted with tangerine.

Drink Mix Ingredients:

   1/2 cup.  Apricot nectar
   1/2 cup crushed.  Pineapple
   5 frozen.  Strawberries
   3 oz.  Spiced rum
   3 oz.  Light rum
   4 oz.  Peach schnapps
   1 tbsp.  Sugar

Procedure/Directions:

Add everything to a blender with 6-10 ice cubes and blend until it is thick and frosty. Pour into a frozen margarita glass.
