Ambrosia chilled. Champagne 1 dash. triple sec juice of 1. lemons 1 oz. Applejack brandy 1 oz. brandy Combine and shake all ingredients (except champagne). Pour contents into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with chilled champagne, stir lightly, and serve.
Apple Blow 1 egg white 1 1/2 oz. Applejack brandy 1 oz. apple juice 6 oz. club soda 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. powdered sugar Pour the brandy, lemon juice, egg white, sugar and apple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain over a few ice cubes in a collins glass. Add club soda, and serve.
Apple Rouge 1 1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge vermouth 1 oz. Applejack brandy Pour both the Dubonnet wine and the Applejack brandy into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Apple Soda 1/2 oz. vodka 1/2 oz. apple schnapps 1/2 oz. Applejack brandy 4 1/2 oz. 7-Up soda Pour vodka, Applejack brandy and apple schnapps into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well, add 7-up, and serve.
