Adam 1 oz. lemon juice 2 oz. dark rum 1 tsp. grenadine syrup In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Almond Cooler 3 ice cubes 2 oz. coconut cream 2 oz. pineapple juice 1/3 oz. bananas 1 1/4 oz. dark rum 2 oz. orange juice 1 oz. grenadine syrup Blend all except ice for 10-15 seconds. Add the ice cubes and blend for another 10 seconds to break up the ice cubes slightly. Serve in a Poco Grande or Hurricane glass garnished with a slice of orange and a Marichino cherry.
